Stirring Things Up: Our 2025 Behind the Scenes
Step behind the scenes at Jimmy Garcia Catering and you will find a year full of movement, momentum and plenty of creativity. 2025 has been about growth in every sense, from new ideas and new faces to new partnerships and purpose driven progress.
Our team has expanded across sales, events, kitchens and leadership, with Alana Buckley joining as Managing Director to help steer JGC into its next chapter, while Bertie Woodhead continues to lead Jimmy’s Pop Up with energy and ambition. Together, the team has made it a year to be proud of.

We have partnered with some incredible venues and institutions, from securing a multi year exclusive with Botley Hill Barn to working with the Science Museum, the V&A and The Courtauld. Benham Park has joined us as a preferred supplier ahead of its Spring 2026 opening, and SKATE at Somerset House is back for another three year run, bringing festive magic once again.

Creativity has taken new forms with the launch of T’ART, our pastry led pop up from Head Pastry Chef Hugo Penel, now serving beautiful seasonal tarts at the Virgin Clubhouse at Somerset House.

Behind the scenes, we have begun our B Corp journey, strengthened our sourcing approach and partnered with the Akwaaba Foundation to build a vegetable garden at a school in Accra. Closer to home, we are also hosting our second Christmas lunch at the Waterloo Kitchen this winter.

We are already looking ahead to 2026 with excitement. Thank you for being part of the journey so far.
