We work closely with our trusted suppliers who grow, catch, farm and harvest all our food to ensure we’re always working with what’s in season and as closely to the source as possible, priding ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients as the bedrock of our menus.

Within less than a decade, garnering national and international attention along the way for our unique style of throwing the rule book out the window, our portfolio spans working with most major brands around the globe from Google, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram to Netflix, Warner Brothers, Samsung, Vogue and Spotify. In addition to catering at events and weddings, we also run successful seasonal pop-up restaurants with Jimmy being known as quite the pop-up maverick.

His first pop-up 25-seater restaurant was born in his living room at his flat in South-West London, borrowing tables and chairs from the local church. That was ten years ago and a lot has happened since then!
