Micebook & ISLA: Power 50: Green Champions

At an event at the Barbican earlier this month, Jimmy was named a Power 50 Green Champion – the first event industry initiative from Isla and event industry digital hub Micebook, dedicated to shining a spotlight on individuals within the events industry who are devoting their time, passion and energy to making a positive impact on the planet. Jimmy is the only caterer on the list and was selected as a result of JGC having a clearly defined approach to sustainability.

Jimmy says “I’m incredibly proud to be on this list and humbled to be amongst so many sustainability pioneers. At the same time I’m fully aware that we are only at the start of this journey. We have to keep demanding the highest standards from our suppliers, partners and our own team when it comes to producing fantastic catering and making the least impact on our surroundings”
