Looking back on some special events from 2025

2025 was packed with unforgettable moments, and we’re taking a joyful spin down memory lane. From dazzling events to bold collaborations, each occasion brought creativity, energy, and a little bit of magic to the table.

Game, Set, Feast: Stella Artois x Wimbledon

We were proud to deliver the catering for an exclusive Stella Artois dinner held at Outernet London, celebrating the brand’s continued partnership with The Championships, Wimbledon.

The evening brought together immersive visuals, live entertainment, and a vibrant guest list, all within a space fully transformed to reflect the Stella Artois x Wimbledon identity. Guests were served freshly poured pints of Stella Artois alongside a bespoke cocktail crafted especially for the occasion.

Canapés were served on tennis rackets, over tennis balls, and on grass mats - bringing the spirit of Centre Court directly to the table.

We designed and delivered a three course menu that celebrated British summer through bold, seasonal ingredients and playful nods to the game of tennis. A standout moment was our ‘The Match Ball’ dessert - a playful reimagining of the iconic strawberries and cream - shaped as a tennis ball and honouring the Wimbledon tradition.

"Wimbledon is such an iconic part of the British summer, so it was a real privilege to bring that spirit to life through our food for this special Stella Artois event. We thrive on a creative brief like this, one rich with tradition, character, and story. It gave us the chance to weave the theme thoughtfully into every element, from the smallest canapé to the final dessert. What I love about projects like this is how a strong creative direction sparks ideas and shapes an entire culinary journey, creating a complete and memorable experience for every guest."

The Pop-Up Everyone Wanted Seconds Of

Having worked at Cannes Lions for over a decade, we know the landscape well - both creatively and logistically. Inspired by Pinterest’s forecast of 2025’s boldest food and cultural trends, we created a sweet shop-style installation that was visually irresistible and deeply on brand. Each item on the menu was designed to reflect emerging ideas around creativity, rebellion, nostalgia, and self-expression.

Our Pinterest Patisserie featured a bold, tongue-in-cheek take on classic desserts. Guests took part in a playful personality quiz built into the installation, with each result unlocking a bespoke dessert:

  • Magnum ice lollies - Dipped, topped and tailored to match their mood. From classic vanilla to bold and exotic flavours with shimmering sparkles or perfect piping.

  • Chaos cakes - Wild, expressive bakes layered with unexpected flavours and riotous toppings.

  • Cherry tarts - A cheeky nod to retro indulgence, reimagined with vibrant colours and seasonal Provençal produce.

  • Rebel floats - A Gen Z twist on the old-school soda float featuring favourite sodas, playful garnishes and ice cream.

The Pinterest Patisserie was a standout moment at Cannes Lions, drawing queues and cameras throughout the week. Guests returned for seconds (and thirds), snapping content that aligned seamlessly with Pinterest’s own storytelling.

Love in the Palace: Audrey and Clay’s Special Day

Under a late-summer sky at Kensington Palace, Audrey and Clay’s wedding unfolded as a beautifully choreographed celebration that moved seamlessly from garden to Orangery, from golden hour to moonlight.

Guests arrived to cocktails on the lawn, where our team served a generous procession of canapés alongside Champagne, spritzes and signature margaritas. The menu was designed to feel playful yet polished: crisp aubergine tacos with sticky garlic and hoisin, prawn pops with gochujang, tuna tartare on fried rice, pulled lamb tacos and Maldon oysters served two ways. As the gardens filled with music and conversation, the atmosphere felt relaxed but unmistakably special.

Dinner was served in the marquee in elegant waves, with a seasonal starter of toasted gnocchi with whipped ricotta, peas and broad beans, followed by fillet of beef tagliata with thousand-layer potato, summer greens and chimichurri. Thoughtful alternatives ensured every guest was catered for, including a vibrant heritage tomato and hazelnut tart for vegan diners and bespoke plates for individual dietary needs.

As the sun set and speeches gave way to dancing, guests returned to the Orangery for cake, cocktails and a packed dance floor. Under candlelight and a full moon, the celebration carried on late into the night - warm, joyful and impeccably timed.

A wedding defined by flow, generosity and detail, it was a pleasure to bring Audrey and Clay’s vision to life across such an iconic setting.
