Guests can begin with savoury "Tea Time", choosing between an Isle of Wight tomato consommé with cheddar espuma or a wild mushroom cappuccino, before enjoying elegant small plates like asparagus with black pepper hollandaise and quail's egg, or courgette carpaccio with La Latteria stracciatella.
For something more substantial, hand-carved Lamb Wellington, Chicken Supreme and Citrus Cured ChalkStream Trout showcase seasonal ingredients with contemporary flair.

Watch our chefs toss Black Pepper & Parmesan Trofie through a giant Parmesan wheel before serving it alongside handmade pasta, wild boar ragù, La Latteria mozzarella, mini garlic pizzettes and colourful antipasti.

South Coast Fish Bar

Beautifully displayed over crushed ice, our South Coast Fish Bar celebrates some of the finest seafood Britain has to offer.
Guests can enjoy Hayman's Gin Cured ChalkStream Trout, Line-Caught Cornish Tuna, freshly shucked oysters, Cornish white crab, scallop crudo and steamed crevettes, all served with elegant seasonal accompaniments.

The Taqueria

Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Mexico, our Taqueria is packed with colour, bold flavours and freshly prepared dishes.
Guests can choose from Adobo Chicken, Crispy Sea Bream or Aji Amarillo Aubergine tacos before adding homemade guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapeños and warm corn tortillas. Charred Padrón peppers, quesadillas and sweet corn elotes complete the experience.

The Eton Mess Bar

This interactive dessert station celebrates the beloved Eton Mess in spectacular style. Guests can choose between a classic Giant Eton Mess layered with raspberry ripple Chantilly, fresh berries and elderflower gel, or a tropical twist featuring coconut yoghurt, passionfruit curd and mango.
