Private Summer Birthday Party – Chelsea Physic Garden

The historic Chelsea Physic Garden is the perfect place to host a summer party. We were invited by the lovely people at Added Dimension Events to cater at a very special birthday party complete with a beautiful raj tent and live music.

We started with a selection of our favourite canapes with highlights including:

Potato terrine, beef fillet, tarragon emulsion

Spiced haddock and quail egg scotch egg, curry mayonnaise, micro coriander

Berkswell cauliflower cheese goujere, pickled walnut ketchup, pickled cauliflower

Cobble lane cured guanciale sausage roll, toffee apple puree, celery cress

But the real star of the show was our fresh fish and seafood bar that helped everybody keep cool and refreshed and included:

Porthilly oysters

‘Scallop crudo’, togarashi emulsion, burnt lime dressing

Cornish lobster, Isle of Wight heritage tomatoes, sea herbs, wild garlic emulsion

Wild sea bass ceviche, tigers milk, micro coriander, pickled jalapeño

“The Chelsea Physic Garden is one of my new favourite London venues, not least because on a glorious summers day you totally forget that you are in our capital city. The gardens are so beautifully tranquil and makes for an incredibly relaxed party vibe. Our seafood bar looked incredible and was a huge hit with the guests”.
