As part of a high level event in the midst of a global summit, Jimmy’s team were able to deliver consistently incredible service over four days.
From government leaders to public figures Jimmy and his team created menus that would not only meet the needs of such important events but that could be delivered from an extremely small kitchen in a challenging location. Intricate planning around access restrictions ensured that even with challenges in the weather the events could run smoothly each and every day. The seniority of guests led to lots of last-minute requests which Jimmy never failed to be able to respond to.
Due to limited space the number of staff was restricted. Jimmy’s team were absolutely incredible not only in their flexible delivery but also in supporting the wider event team with an all-hands-on approach that surpasses anything else!
