Winter Desserts That Actually Make Winter Worth It
Who said winter menus have to be predictable? Our A/W25 dessert collection is packed with bold flavours, playful twists, and indulgent finishes that make you forget it gets dark at 4pm. Sweet, surprising, and utterly irresistible - winter has never tasted this good.
Here’s what’s on the pass this season:
For the Chocolate Loyalists
If winter had a personality, it would be the Spiced Caramel Sphere: glossy, dramatic, a little extra, and hiding a warm spiced centre. Crack it open to reveal caramel, chocolate mousse, and a flourless sponge - basically the edible version of central heating.
Then there’s the Milk & Dark Chocolate Dot - our way of proving that triple chocolate can be utterly indulgent and still elegantly refined.
And the Rocher? Imagine your favourite nostalgic chocolate treat, but dressed to impress, ready to mingle at events alongside canapés.
Fruit, But Make It Winter-Proof
The Hazelnut & Blackberry Entremet layers blackberry compote, hazelnut praline, and vanilla mousse - pure forest-vibes energy.
The Plum combines plum compote, gel, fresh fruit, and vanilla mousse dipped in white chocolate, delivering the splash of colour that winter has been craving.
Pear & London Honey is peak winter comfort: pear curd, honey mascarpone mousse, pear gel, and a crisp honeycomb tuile.
And Apple & Quince Caramel is our love letter to the “I want caramel on everything” crowd: apple and quince chutney, caramel crémeux, caramel sponge, caramelised chocolate mousse, all finished with a glossy caramel glaze.
The Winter Citrus Pavlova is bright, zesty, and basically a holiday from winter without the airport queues. Fresh, punchy, and absolutely not shy on citrus.
Our Vegan Desserts Don’t Play Around
Our plant-based sweets are just as bold and playful as the rest of the menu - no holding back here.
Spiced Pear brings pear chutney, vegan pear mousse and pear gel topped with chocolate stems and a yellow-chocolate dip. Comforting, cosy, and fully plant-powered.
Raspberry Ripple is the nostalgia hit: preserved raspberry mousse, vanilla crèmeux, raspberry compote, raspberry gel and vegan meringue with fresh raspberries to finish.
And yes, the Winter Citrus Pavlova comes vegan too - citrus joy for all.

This winter dessert menu doesn’t quietly suggest “seasonal elegance.” It boldly declares, “you definitely need to save room for dessert.” Fun, colourful, a little cheeky, and completely crafted to finish your menu on a high note.
