Roll up, Roll up, it’s SHOWTIME!

The lovely people at Golborne Events asked us to provide the catering pazazz to compliment a Greatest Showman theme awards ceremony for 720 people from a large estate agent group. The guests all had an amazing time at an evening of great celebrations and we delivered a really flexible dining experience to fit around the very specific timings of the awards ceremony.


Guests arrived at a canape reception.
We then served sharing starters on the dining tables so that they could graze during the awards ceremony whilst seated.
The main course was served after the awards ceremony before guests got back to mixing and dancing while we served dessert buffet style before closing out the evening with some great late night hot snacks.
And everything was prepped, cooked and served from a field kitchen set up at the magnificent Old Billingsgate Market.

  • Confit Garlic and rosemary focaccia, caramelised shallot cultured butter

Main Course

“The Ticket” Barley and blossom honey glazed chicken, caramelised shallot rumbledethumps, jerusalem artichoke puree, burnt hispi discs, tarragon jus gras edible ticket.
