The Samsung brand activation event in Berlin saw 2000 guests invited to see the launch of two new smartwatches and wireless earbuds.

The brief was to create easy food for the pre-launch that guests could β€˜grab and go’ in order to not distract from the imminent announcements. Healthy was a key focus with juices and salads prominent on the menu. The after-launch menu consisted of food trucks and canapΓ©s for the party, a Pintxos bar, salad bar and larger bites.

In total, we delivered18 Jimmy Garcia Catering chefs (no agency used) on-site during the build-up and event days catering for 2000 guests including top tech and fitness bloggers, influencers, writers with 120 front of house staff.
