We were honoured to cater for this fairytale Yorkshire wedding held at the very grand Ripley Castle.

Taking inspiration from the surroundings and the dramatic landscape of Yorkshire, the canapés featured local ingredients such as Wild Yorkshire Venison Fillet and Mini Yorkshire Puddings. We also introduced Ripley Castle Honey as a nod to the wonderful venue grounds we were hosted within.

The wedding breakfast was all about tradition with a twist. The fresh starter of Lobster Cocktail was served with orange mayonnaise, orange segments and basil oil. Mains were a classic fillet steak served with warming trimmings such as Caramelised Heritage carrots and Carrot Puree. Desserts were a choice of either Frozen Berries served with Hot White Chocolate Sauce or a gooey Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream.

Our gorgeous couple T&T’s style came through in the details. The stunning marquee was the perfect setting for the intimate dinner. Under a hanging flower roof guests dined with copper cutlery, gold rimmed glass charger plates and touches of duck egg blue and grey. The fresh white and green flowers and foliage and Perspex chairs finished the look perfectly.
